Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed swiftly and dispatched within 1-2
business days from the date of your purchase after payment confirmation.
All Primrose Press Ons customers will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order.
Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide):

You can anticipate your order to arrive approximately within 2 – 7 business days.

International Shipping:

Orders will typically arrive approximately within 2 – 3 weeks.
Please note that estimated dates will be shown in the checkout based on the delivery location.
The shipping times provided are to be used as a guide, Primrose Press Ons does not take responsibility for customs clearance delays or other possible delays.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are calculated upon the checkout process and is dependant on your selected location and shipping method.

For International Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide duty free and customs amounts.
Any fees related to duty fee and customs, incurred upon the order’s arrival at the shipping destination lies with you, the buyer.
We greatly appreciate your understanding of these fees.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, Primrose Press Ons does not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons relating to product
change of mind; whether it is a request of a different size or style.

We highly encourage you to consult our sizing chart and to carefully review
your order before purchasing any of our products.

Proper maintenance and appropriate usage is a key element in extending the longevity of Primrose Press On’s sets. We are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or refunds for any damage caused because of improper use and maintenance.
